Returns & Exchanges

At Astr, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
